Year 6 had an amazing day out at the Warner Brothers studios. They visited the Harry Potter making of studios and got to witness all of the actually sets, costumes and props that were used in all eight films. There was a fantastic educational workshop where the children experimented with costume characterisation. They experienced riding on a broomstick (and have the photos to prove this!) as well as lessons in how to use a wand! It was a memorable trip and Mr Hughes can’t wait to go back next year (although he will probably be visiting again even sooner!).
