I went with the children to the fire station on Tuesday. I was really lucky because I was allowed to go where no one else was – in the front of the fire engine. Children aren’t allowed in the front of the fire engine because there are too many tempting buttons to push and gadgets to play with but because I am such a well-behaved bear I got to sit in the front for ages whilst the children sat in the back! I was sad to get out at the end, I really wanted to try driving the fire engine but my legs were a bit too short!
