Lyndhurst School hosted its annual Quiz Night last night, welcoming over 70 people to take part in 12 fiendish rounds and enjoy an evening of merriment. The quiz questions were devised by Lyndhurst’s own Mr ‘Quiz’ Richardson, who dedicated an awful lot of his own time into creating a variety of questions to suit everyone’s taste, including some very tricky picture rounds! Thank you, Mr Richardson! A special thanks, too, to Mrs Price, who instead of taking part in the quiz, tallied and marked the quiz rounds in order to give us our totals, as well as a special science round – thank you, Mrs Price! As well as testing their brains, participants were also treated to some wonderful fish and chips that were eagerly devoured to refuel hungry brains.
Highlights of the evening include a horrifically difficult geography round, a wonderful drawing of Mr Rudkin by Year 1 and an excellent night of entertainment. A big thank you to all involved from the Friends of Lyndhurst in organising another successful event – we will see you next time!
