House Christmas Trees

The Christmas season is upon us! Lyndhurst has held its annual House Christmas Tree Decorating Competition. What a great time the children had working together in their houses from Reception to Year 6. This year each house has stepped up their game – the trees are amazing! Spotlight Competition

Lyndhurst children have entered Spotlight UK creative competition.  The theme this year is “Out of the Darkness”.  The children thought about what it means to be coming out of the darkness to them.  They considered different meanings about this theme such as being lost in woods, mental health or covid.

Inventions – Year 5

Year 5 have immersed themselves in their history topic this term and have produced some delightful presentations on different Victorian inventions.  The thought about which invention has had the most impact on our world today. The light bulb was the winning invention.

Photography Club

Year 6 got to grips with technology this week in Photography club. They practised positioning of items, taking shots from different angles and using effects to change the look of a picture.

LEAF – Reception and Year 1

Little Lyndhurst Perform

It is so nice to have an audience back for our nativity plays this year. On Thursday 2nd December Litle Lyndhurst performed their production of ‘The Innkeeper’s Breakfast’.
