Years 3 & 4 enjoyed the perfect weather for a spot of cricket this week and really enjoyed working as a team. We saw some terrific batting and bowling skills with all of the children eager to improve as the game went on.
Year 2 have embraced nature close up and honed their photography skills. The hunt began around the school for interesting leaves, flowers, buds and petals to take close up shots of. They all did amazingly well – producing some wonderful, vibrant snaps.
Year 3 have been hard at work creating the backgrounds for their Viking long boat art scenes. The children are enjoying seeing their pictures come together one element at a time and are looking forward to completing them and having them on display.
