Here are our smiling Year 6 boys with their medals and certificates from taking part in the Salesian 5-a-side Football Tournament this week. They had a great day and thoroughly enjoyed taking part and playing some fantastic football. Well done!
This week Lyndhurst school embraced National Fitness. Part of this was the whole school taking part in 10@10 – 10 minutes of fitness at 10am! Great to get those bodies moving and energised!
This week the children were treated to a judo demonstration and coaching sessions from two international Judo players. They were shown basic throws, holds and given the opportunity to try these out on their class mates. All the children really enjoyed the opportunity and were excited to learn some new skills.
Huge thanks to the Team at Seymour’s Camberley for donating footballs to Lyndhurst School this week. Coinciding with fabulous weather, we can put them to good use practicing for sports fixtures, school matches, and improving our football skills. Thank you!
