The Big Assembly

Lyndhurst School took part in the virtual ‘Big Anti Bullying Assembly’.  The key message was ‘Togetherwe will pledge to put an end to bullying, celebrate diversity and create communities of kindness.

A celebrity packed virtual assembly was beamed into the classrooms on Monday 28th September.  The children heard from a host of celebrities on how to tackle bullying including children’s TV presenters Mwaka “Mwaksy” Mudenda and Richie Driss alongside Peter Andre, Katie Leung, Twist & Pulse.  They heard why it is so important to stand up to bullying behaviour and how they can get involved in building a whole-school anti-bullying campaign!

Together as a class they considered who would support them if they needed it.  Admire our support network hands.  These hands also represent Lyndhurst putting their hands up and pledging to put an end to bullying everywhere.
