Stay tolerant, respect people, be kind. The children explored the value of tolerance – they listened to the ‘Ugly Duckling’ and Dr Seuss’ ‘The Sneetches’ and thought about what the stories teach us. The older children explored the story ‘Journey to the Beginning of the World’ and how stories around the world have explained how the earth was created.
Remember to think for yourself, be kind and speak out and celebrate everyone’s difference.
