Lyndhurst are delighted to announce their recent sponsorship deal with Camberley Rugby Club. We look forward to working with them in the future and promoting rugby, sport and teamwork at Lyndhurst.

Antony Bentham, Men’s Senior Rugby Manager said: “We are delighted that Lyndhurst School has chosen to sponsor our Club. There is clear synergy between the values and ethos of Lyndhurst and our growing Kids First mini rugby initiative here at Camberley, which focuses on Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship.”

Andrew Rudkin, Headmaster of Lyndhurst School commented: “When looking for an organisation to partner with, I wanted to support a local community club which shared the values of Lyndhurst: our pupils are independent, have an adventurous spirit, are well-mannered, show respect for others and are resilient. My own son played mini rugby at Camberley, so I knew the Club was the perfect fit. I wish the club success for the 2020/21 season!”  The club are looking forward to getting back on the pitch at some stage during the Spring, COVID-permitting.

The club’s expanding Kids First mini rugby section comprises over 200 boys and girls from the ages of four to eleven. Activity takes place on Sunday mornings at Watchett’s Park. If you’d like to find out more information on how to join us, email Matt S on comms@camberleyrugbyclub.co.uk
