Harvest Collection
Thank you to everyone for supporting our Harvest Festival.  There was a fabulous collection of food donated, each item will be used to support a local person in need and will be greatly appreciated.  The food donated will go to help feed someone in crisis in our community.  Besom Charity are very grateful for Lyndhurst School’s generous spirit.
55 members of choir performed for the first time – in their hearty voices they sang ‘Let’s Harvest’ supported by Mrs Davies on the piano.  They impressed the rest of the school considering they have only practised the song in one session.  Their next performance to the school will be on Remembrance Day.
During the Harvest Festival the children reflected on the foods they have.  They also thought about places in the world where children are less fortunate and have less food to eat.
