This weeks Spring Concerts went off with a bang. Showcasing music from all over the world, decades and Genres, the children really rose to the challenge of performing to a live audience once again. We enjoyed pieces from our Choirs, year 6 hand bells, year 3 recorder groups, along side the newly formed ‘boys band’, who treated us to a trip down memory lane with a Beatles number. Our soloists this year gave us the chance to enjoy the piano, solo singing, recorder, and clarinet. Sharing with us their ABRSM pieces right up to grade 4, while others chose to perform a more modern piece. Alice from year 6 gave us a real treat with her Oboe performance of Jupiter, which was inspiring to all. A huge congratulations to all the music students who have been performing over the last 2 weeks of term, we are very proud of their effort and achievements this term.
