The heat didn’t deter Year 6 with their Charity work. As part of their MoneySense Day they created a Coin Trail and held a Bring and Buy Sale that included a raffle for some amazing prizes. They confidently handled a frenzy of customers and ensured that every child was happy with their purchases. In total the day raised an amazing £294.90.
We were delighted to hand over both our cheques to Naomi House. Louise visited us from the charity to talk to the children about the wonderful work they do. She was delighted to see how much we had raised – £300 from our Sanjha evening and the cheque from the successful bring and buy sale. Lyndhurst School is very proud of their charity efforts this year – well done Year 6!
