During maths this week we have been splitting the children around three tables to form a carousel. On table one, they had to add the correct number of spots to the caterpillars body. Table two had to choose a card and add that number of counters. Table 3, had to roll the dice and quickly try and recognise how many objects there are. The children enjoyed the activities set out as it was short burst maths in one part of the morning. The children have also been working hard on their number formation, sharing items between two children and 1-1 counting.
