Reception @ Painshill Park

Posted: 10th October 2019

“It’s beautiful” said one four year old.  “That’s magnificent” said another as we walked around the grounds of Painshill Park.  It had been a wet but fun morning using natural objects and materials to make sculptures and pictures with Adam from the Education Department.  Then in the afternoon we set off on a trail around the park.  The children had seen photos of the Gothic Temple and ruined Abbey before they came and were delighted to come across them in real life.  However it was the Crystal Grotto that really took their breath away.  “Wow” was the word on everyone’s lips.
