We have recently introduced bean bags and added some lovely Dr Seuss quotes to the library. The children are enjoying reading in a more relaxed and comfortable environment.
The children love to snuggle down on the bean bags to read Dr Seuss, especially ‘The Cat in the Hat’ the book has become extremely popular. We are proud of the incredible progress the children have made in their reading this term, moving up book levels.
The older children have been enjoying the opportunity to relax and share books in the library. Miss Worcester captured some of them enjoying the story Excitable Edgar, which they found at the library Christmas fireplace.
