Harvest Festival Assembly

Posted: 11th October 2022

Like around the world, Lyndhurst celebrated harvest festival in their assembly.  A big thank you to Reverend Pippa and Tori (Children’s and Youth Worker) from St Michael’s Church for coming to lead the assembly.  The children reflected on how the harvest festival celebration is a time to be thankful for all the good things in life and to be grateful for the food they have.  The older children sang “Let’s Harvest” beautifully and the younger children did an amazing job singing and doing the actions along to “Big Blue Tractor” song.

Thank you to the Lyndhurst families generosity in donating food for the Besom charity, they were extremely grateful for Lyndhurst School’s donations.  The display looked fantastic, and the assembly was an opportunity to admire all the kind donations from parents and children.
