Lyndhurst once again celebrated an amazing Healthy Me Day. Their day, spent learning all about healthy bodies and minds, was jam packed with fun activities designed to get the blood pumping and the brain working.
The day started with an Activ8; 8 minutes of rigorous activity to get the day started positively. The children also took part in yoga and Zumba, learnt about the amount of sugar in everyday foods, examined how best to keep themselves clean and hygienic, designed healthy meals, made fruit kebabs, took fitness tests and so much more!
Even Oscar, our lovely school dog, wanted to join in all the action!
