Music fun this week
A wonderful lesson with Year 1 who had great fun experimenting with the colourful boomwhackers this week! They tried out the sticks against different surfaces and materials to see how the sound differed. We also have a fantastic display and storage for our new Ukulele’s thank you to Mr Day for building this.

Music – ABRSM Tests
An exciting week for the Music department here at Lyndhurst. Students have prepared, practised and rehearsed. They all performed brilliantly when taking their ABRSM exams for Piano and Singing grades 1-3 and we eagerly await their results!
Music – The 80’s

Music – Making Instruments
Reception class had an amazing time building and making their very own musical instruments this week. Thanks to your kind donations of recyclable materials the children across the school will be designing and making instruments – then attempting to play them!
Music – Year 1 & 2
